MARY COLEMAN

Mary has been making lace for over 20 years, mainly bobbin lace, and enjoys experimenting with unusual threads and materials.  She works with or without a grid, often completely freely, and incorporates copper wire, silk paper, and whatever she can find into her designs. She is currently exploring the use of wool yarns and fibres, and experimenting with felting, as well as mixing wire, wool and silk paper into one design.
